Website analytics
We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to see how the site is used: which pages are read, how visitors arrive (for example from a search engine), and what kind of device and browser they use. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to do this and records an approximate location (city or region), not your street address.
We use these reports only to decide what to write and to fix pages that don't work well. We don't use them to identify you, and we don't sell or share them. Google processes this data on its servers, which may be outside Australia. How Google uses data from sites that use its services.
Enquiries and email
If you submit our enquiry form or write to us, for example to report an error, we keep your email and what you sent so we can reply and check the correction. The form collects your name, email, enquiry type, optional location and message. Our website host processes the form and sends it to our enquiry mailbox. We keep the correspondence only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and maintain relevant records. You can request deletion by email. We do not add you to a mailing list and don't pass your details to anyone else.
Your choices
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site works the same without them.
- Install Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- Ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.
